Senior Software Developer (f/m/x)

Welcome to Hutte! We are a well-funded Software as a Service (SaaS) startup. We bring an innovative approach to Salesforce DevOps. Our solution enables teams of no-code, low-code, and pro-code developers to collaborate on Salesforce configuration and development, helping to increase their efficiency and productivity.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Software Developer to join our Product Development team.

In this role, you will be an integral part of shaping our systems, procedures, development, and product culture. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with great people and the latest technologies in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Develop and maintain our web app using Rails on the backend and React with TypeScript on the frontend.
• Actively contribute to the design of our software architecture.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers.
• Work closely with our product manager to design, develop, and iterate on new features.
• Help ensure that our entire Software Development Lifecycle runs seamlessly and reliably.

• 5+ years of experience with software development, including demonstrable experience with Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript.
• Experience with Postgres, Sidekiq, and GraphQL.
• A deep understanding of software design principles.
• A proficient understanding of DevOps – preferably on AWS.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude towards improving processes and finding new solutions to challenging business problems.
• Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus.
